ask any relevant questions to help us gather information or to clarify any information you give us

We create a report
If the concerns are within our remit, we will create a report and determine what can be done to address the concerns you have raised.
We may share this report with other regulators or public bodies if appropriate.
This report will not identify you in any way.
We make enquiries
We independently review the concerns raised, as well as any other relevant information available to us or held in the public domain.
Consider any necessary action
We will consider the information you have provided, along with the outcome of any further enquiries we make. If appropriate, we may consider further action.
This information is confidential, and we are unable to advise you of any progress or outcome.
What we will not do
We will not:
keep you updated on progress
provide feedback on the information provided
promise that we will open an investigation following your concerns, or that you will be exempt from any further regulatory action depending on the information we may find following any investigation
