Our Intelligence division is responsible for working with whistleblowers. They ensure that any communication is kept confidential and anonymity is protected.

a company or person is carrying out unauthorised business in Jersey
a company or person is not meeting regulatory requirements
Complaints based on personal grievances or being unsatisfied with a service do not count as whistleblowing.
