In accordance with the provisions of Article 5A of the Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law 1994 (the Law), notice is hereby given that, unless the Limited partnership submits the annual confirmation statement, the Limited partnership may be struck off the register and dissolved without further legal process at the end of three months from the date of this notice.
