Separate limited partnerships strike off process notices 2019

By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 33 of the Separate Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law, 2011, I hereby give notice that, the separate limited partnerships whose names appear below, had not paid their annual administration fee by the end of February 2019. Should the separate limited partnership, continue being in default of Article 33 of the Law we may issue legal proceedings under Article 28 of the Law to seek an order for the dissolution of the separate limited partnership from the Register and/or recover all outstanding fees and costs related to us pursuing the court proceedings. Please be notified that we may opt to instigate court proceedings on or around the 1 October 2019.
