By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 37 of the Foundations (Jersey) Law, 2009 and Article 32 of the Foundations (Winding UP) (Jersey) Regulations 2009, I hereby give notice that; the foundations whose names appear below may be dissolved if the 2017 annual administration and late filing fees are not paid within the three months following the date of this notice:.
