Service notice –Testing testing
As a regulated service provider, you and your staff must not register to use myRegistry via the online registration.
We will set up your lead administrator and allocate the entities for which you will act as a nominated person.
Creating staff accounts
Your lead administrator will receive a link which will allow them access to myRegistry and create user accounts for any other staff in your organisation. Each staff member will then receive an individual link via email with an invitation to complete the registration process.
Browsers
myRegistry is designed and tested to operate on the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox. myRegistry does not support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
Registration details
We have sent an application form to the Compliance Officer of each regulated service provider to request access to myRegistry. The application includes the following information and must be completed and signed by an authorised representative of your organisation.

Nominated person details |
All nominated person appointments that are submitted to us will be linked to the regulated entity identified by the nominated person details provided in Part A of the form. |

Part B |
Lead administrator details |
The lead administrator is the first myRegistry account that will be issued to your organisation. A lead administrator can add additional administrators and staff users. |

Part C |
Supporting information |
Information on your expected usage to help us to provide you with tailored support during the transition to myRegistry. |

Part D |
Registry API Channel |
If you want to integrate with the Registry API channel you will need to provide details of the technical contact in your organisation and your target integration date. |
Access to myRegistry
You will only be given access to myRegistry if you are the lead administrator or have been given access by the lead administrator.
