This guidance is for regulated service providers holding Trust Company Business (TCB) and Fund Services Business (FSB) licences.
To interact with the Registry, your organisation must have a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP) account in myRegistry.
About the TCSP account
each TCSP account must have a lead administrator who will manage all user access
designated users can complete filings for licenced and regulated entities
the account supports straight-through processing for specific submissions
payments for submissions can be made on your account or by credit card
Secure access to client information
myRegistry provides a secure environment to interact with Registry. You can only view private information or file submissions on behalf of any client entities if your company has been appointed as the nominated person for that entity.
Each TCSP must assign the role of lead administrator to one user. You must contact your internal administrators for new and amended user access.
What you can do in myRegistry
myRegistry allows you to:
register to act as the nominated person for your own and client entities
maintain a portfolio of entities where your TCSP is the nominated person
prepare and file submissions
purchase documents and extracts from the public register
organise employee users, allocating individual portfolios and privileges
Employees must be added as users before completing the myRegistry portal sign up.
New regulated service provider
If you are newly licenced and require access to myRegistry, follow these steps:
1. Apply for a TCSP account by emailing [email protected] to request the appropriate form.
2.Complete and sign the form - it must be signed by an authorised representative of your organisation.
