This business plan sets out our priorities for 2021 and will help businesses, as well as the wider community, understand our focus for the year ahead.

Last year, we published our strategic roadmap for 2020-2023. This business plan is an overview of what we intend to deliver in 2021, as we embark on the second year of our strategic journey.
