The industry survey helps us to understand our stakeholders’ perceptions and experiences of working with us. It is an important part of our commitment to transparency and to prioritising changes and improvements which matter most to industry.

An independent market research agency carried out the survey, and we invited all industry to take part. The online quantitative survey closed in November 2023, followed by qualitative interviews which closed in January 2024. Respondents represented a cross-section of sectors.
