Only Prescribed NPOs are required to follow the requirements within the Handbook. The Handbook is designed to provide further information on the requirements a Prescribed NPO must follow from a statutory and Code of Practice perspective. The Handbook provides in-depth best practice guidance on how an NPO may implement the requirements.
