About Reggie
Using generative AI technology, Reggie provides responses to a range of regulatory queries. Initially launched in beta, Reggie used our Codes of Practice and the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Handbook as its knowledge base.
Now upgraded to Reggie 2.0, the chatbot includes an additional 48 documents, such as laws, regulations, orders, guidelines, official notices, policy statements, and guidance notes. These additions significantly expand Reggie’s ability to support your regulatory queries.
We’ve also enhanced Reggie’s interface and accessibility:
- Reggie is now more conversational, improving the overall user experience
- a new document hierarchy allows Reggie to prioritise responses from the most relevant sources, using lower-ranked documents as contextual support
While Reggie offers valuable assistance, it’s important to remember that the chatbot is not a substitute for fulfilling regulatory obligations but rather a helpful starting point for addressing regulatory questions.
As we continue to develop Reggie based on user feedback, we encourage you to explore the tool and share your experience to help us improve.
