Feedback on further consultation on Arranging in Investment Business

There were no responses to our further consultation paper. 

We thank the working group for their collaboration, that culminated in the consultation on the agreed position between the JFA and their Legal & Technical Sub-Committee and the JFSC.

Next Steps

The proposals for Arranging, Exchange business and Derivatives definitions will now proceed through the legislative process with Government.

We will provide an update when timelines for implementation and coming into force are known.
