On 18 October 2024 the JFSC issued a Fee Consultation Paper (CP), which sought views on our proposed fees for all fee payers in 2025. We proposed an increase of 2% for the vast majority of fees.
The purpose of this paper is to provide feedback on the responses received to the CP.
In light of the feedback received, the JFSC will be implementing the fees consulted on, effective from 1 January 2025 or the dates otherwise advised on the fee notices.
