We will be consulting on changes to the guidelines on interpretation of Article 36 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999. The aim is to review and enhance the existing guidelines to ensure they are clear and effective, whilst also striking a balance between the needs of industry and Jersey’s international obligations. |
