Service notice – myRegistry and our Security Interests Register will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 10:00am until 6:00pm on Saturday 29 November and 6:00pm on Tuesday 2 December until 2:00am on Wednesday 3 December.
The Intelligence division works closely with Enforcement, Supervision, Policy and Registry to develop and share intelligence to enhance our activities as a risk-based regulator.
We share intelligence with internal and external stakeholders to inform risk-based supervision on financial crime, conduct and prudential matters. This includes sharing intelligence with overseas supervisory bodies to support their supervision of regulated financial services businesses and/or areas of regulation.
The Intelligence division is also responsible for maintaining the JFSC’s whistleblowing line and works closely with law enforcement agencies and the Financial Intelligence Unit, Jersey.
We look to establish, develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships with both domestic and international authorities and organisations to assist them in their own regulatory outcomes and the fight against financial crime.
