Daniel De Oliveira is an experienced technology and change leader with over two decades in offshore financial services, specialising in data, analytics, and digital transformation.
Daniel is responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering strategies that harness technology and data to enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory effectiveness.
Before joining the JFSC, Daniel was the Head of Data, AI and Engineering at Standard Bank. He has led multi-jurisdictional teams and delivered strategic programmes across banking, investments, and fiduciary services.
Daniel has a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives that have strengthened regulatory compliance, enhanced operational efficiency, and fostered a culture of data-driven decision-making. His leadership has enabled organisations to modernise legacy systems, streamline reporting processes, and adopt emerging technologies to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
Daniel holds multiple professional qualifications, including the MIT Harnessing Digital Certificate, Prince2 Practitioner, and the STEP Certificate in Offshore Trust Administration.
