Beverley Kent
Executive Director of Registry
Beverley Kent joined the Jersey Financial Services Commission as Director of Registry in July 2023, as part of the JFSC’s succession planning. She became Executive Director of Registry on 8 January 2024.
Beverley’s primary executive responsibility is the leadership and management of the Registry.
Beverley oversees the day-to-day operations of the Companies Registry, which includes policy and strategic development, and enhancing the Registry’s international reputation.
Beverley has over 20 years’ experience in financial services in the UK and Jersey. Upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Scotland, she moved to Jersey and spent 17 years with EFG Wealth Solutions (Jersey) Limited, most recently specialising as Director of Funds Governance.
