Executive Director of People and Culture
Alexis Dolling joined the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) in May 2022 as Executive Director of People and Culture.
As Executive Director of People and Culture Alexis is responsible for the people strategy, cultural development and further strengthening our capability to be a high performing organisation. She will also lead the Human Resources function of the JFSC.
Alexis is a commercial and customer orientated executive with a wealth of Leadership, Operational, and HR experience in the Financial Services and Retail sectors across leading International organisations. She is a change agent and brings a breadth of progressive executive experience to the JFSC.
Alexis was the Head of Human Resources for HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking in the UK and was instrumental in leading the people element of their transformation to becoming a more digital, customer and people orientated bank. Alexis' most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer for the Wealth and Personal Banking division of HSBC in the Channel Islands and Europe with accountability for Change, Digital Delivery, Controls and Business Performance.
